We ordered three varieties of which two were excellent quality but one wasn’t at all. After some misunderstanding with customer support we finally came to terms. Since we were a bit late reporting the issue over the xmas holidays but the one variety was in fact not consumable at all it was still a nice gesture of goodwill that we were offered a substantial discount on our next order and settle the case after all.

I gave 4 stars for the 2 out of 3 good varieties and the good communication and settlement. If the next order is good i will add the 5th star!

I bought the kit of 8 on Friday and I receive it 4 working days later in the uk.

The product is good quality maybe could be more dry.

I give 4 star even of the delay because they kept answering me all the times when I was asking information via messenger . Overall is a good service

First time ordering on synthetic spice. Ordered some Scooby Snax Herbal Incense – was pleasantly surprise by the quality of the high. I contacted their support to help me trace my order and they were really helpful.

I hade a really nice, personal conversation with customer service about their processes and that there may have been a problem with the specific lot.

They offered a refund and I agreed. As said, the other stuff was fine and the last contact with the support was really nice!

I will give a second chance, definitely.

And more important: the spray is great quality. K2 eliquid CODE RED smells amazing & tastes amazing.

I ordered a total of 35 g including the 10g sieved free sample.

I have only good things to say, not only was it good price it was really good quality. I only bought normal size spice. Ranging from 5 to 10 grams.

I bougt few times from Synthetic spice and I was always 100% satisfied with communication and delivery. Last time was delivered one of products inaccurately and after i informed them, Synthetic spice without any hesitation sent correct product at the same day on their costs!!! This is how excellent seller should works, good work :).

Synthetic spice is an awesome company with high grade products, I’ve only had 4 varieties but what I have had has been exactly as described. The quality, speed of service and packing is second to non. I live in the U.K. and it takes 3 days to arrive from USA.

Had an issue with my last order. Wrote a poor review due to being shafted by uk companies. I don’t remember the name but after buying from here, i was so happy.. Wish uk companies were as helpful. def no1…

I love synthetic spice! I have ordered the Lined K2 spice paper for about 4 times now and it always arrives really quickly and for the price it is really good. I have recommended it to all my friends and they are also super pleased with it! Highly recommend. The only thing that I think could be improved is their packaging, I understand that it needs to be discreet, but it feels like a lot of plastic waste. Maybe there could be a more eco friendly solution 🙂

Made a few purchases from this company now and cannot honestly say anything but good things, I live in Ireland and the other sellers are selling the exact same quality or less at extortionate prices compared to synthetic spice so I will be a customer for life…

I found out about Synthetic spice from a friend, and decided to give them a shot. I ordered on a Friday evening, and it arrived on Monday (today). Happy with that!

After sampling some of what I ordered, I can say that I’m very happy with it and will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered from synthetic spice once and i was very suspicious because of the low prices (my usual paper store costs three times the one they have), but i can say it’s legit, works like a charm. Just made my second order, going to try some Knockout Herbal Incense. Will leave feedback once i try it.

Price & delivery second to none but more importantly the spray i bought was very poor quality. Dont know if i made the wrong choice or they just have poor quality.

My package was stoped twice by customs never happened before but Synthetic Spice were very helpful trying to resolve my issue, it wasn’t their fault but dam customs just seizing items i hope they sorts the problem as ireland is the biggest buyer i got my refund happy with Synthetic Spice angry at customs.

I have already ordered twice from them and I have to say that I ‘ve enjoyed the products. I only have one points of “complaints”: the delivery took a bit longer. But as the products are good, the quality is good and the prices are great, I will leave five stars this time.
