I’m a very happy costumer . The only thing I have to say is I really loved the 48 hours delivery , it was really nice to buy today and receive my order the very next day . But overall no complaints

The only issue I have is that they state 24-48 hours delivery. And it takes at least 3 days. Clearly it’s for a certain area which is totally understandable but should be stated better for people.

having just received a response back from Synthetic Spice regarding my order( who explained in great detail that the problem was with the courier service. I cannot fault the customer service(in fact it is a Mark of good company who cares about it’s customers and wants to rectify any problems. alias I await delivery and will post further about the quality once received.

Placed my order Wednesday evening, Items were processed Thursday, shipped and arrived Monday morning. 48hr delivery as promised, excluding weekend, from USA to Canada, Great service. Tried two of the four items I ordered and am more than happy with the quality, very good. Couldn’t ask for more.

Brilliant service. ALWAYS reaches me within 4-5 days. papers are always nice and dry and ready to use immediately. Works a treat too. Helps me a lot.

I’ve ordered a few times with just bob and I’ve been impressed with the quality of the buds and hashish so I decided to make a 20 sheets order of wholsale K2 papers.

Upon receiving my order I opened the package to find the papers were not fully dried out. Because the papers were not fully dried, they did not smell fragrant – they smelt more like a bale of straw.

It´s my 6th order with this guys all purchases have been great but this time they didn’t sent the tracking number. Shipping was very fast as usual, made the order on Monday, received Thursday. I bought this time 500g of Diablo Herbal Incense and the batch is fine, usually i find the spice very dry but this time they came a little better. I always put the product on a glass jar for storage and that solves any problem with humidity.

I will give you 5 stars, but it would be nice if you decrease the cost of delivery, especially in this tough days
