Love it, placed 2 orders one thursday and arrived monday (3 working days) and the other monday – monday (5 working days) because im in ireland everything has to go through england. but it came , tracking was not on the first, but on the second it was. very good

I’ve been using SyntheticSpice for a couple of weeks and find their service amazing. … The products are as good as you’ll get and their prices leaves others in the shade.

Product is acceptable for what I paid. It was less than half the price of my normal supplier and more than half as good, so was good value for money. The payment system felt risky as it is some 3rd party payment taker. Would have felt much more comfortable paying with paypal. Promised tracking information was never sent to me, however it came via UPS and I have an account where I can see my incoming orders so it did appear on my radar. Though if you say you are going to do something you should do it!

I placed an order on the 26th of January and I did not receive a follow-up email with my tracking number after 3 days had passed so I decided to contact them on Facebook. They sent me my “tracking” number but all they’ve done is actually create a label, UPS doesn’t have my package and it has been a week.

I tried to contact them again both by email and on Facebook and they haven’t replied at all. I wanted to place large orders in the future from them but this is a very disappointing experience.

I contacted them via telephone and they picked up immediately. The issue was sorted out and my order is on the way. I’ll update this review again once I have it in my hands.

We ordered three varieties of which two were excellent quality but one wasn’t at all. After some misunderstanding with customer support we finally came to terms. Since we were a bit late reporting the issue over the xmas holidays but the one variety was in fact not consumable at all it was still a nice gesture of goodwill that we were offered a substantial discount on our next order and settle the case after all.

I bought the kit of 8 on Friday and I receive it 4 working days later in the uk.

The product is good quality maybe could be more dry.

I give 4 star even of the delay because they kept answering me all the times when I was asking information via messenger . Overall is a good service

First time ordering on synthetic spice. Ordered some Scooby Snax Herbal Incense – was pleasantly surprise by the quality of the high. I contacted their support to help me trace my order and they were really helpful.

I hade a really nice, personal conversation with customer service about their processes and that there may have been a problem with the specific lot.

They offered a refund and I agreed. As said, the other stuff was fine and the last contact with the support was really nice!

I will give a second chance, definitely.
